(ĐN)- 15 patients daily visit the nuclear medicine and tumor treatment ward of Dong Nai Polyclinic Hospital for treatment of various cancers. The majority of patients who are treated at the nuclear medicine and tumor treatment ward are diagnosed with liver cancer.
Most of cancer patients in Dong Nai are poor people, Doctor Ngo Duc Tuan, Vice Director of Dong Nai Polyclinic Hospital said.
The province has so far raised VND 1.4 billion for fund to support cancer patients. The money raised will go to help local cancer patients who are being treated at the nuclear medicine and tumor treatment ward.
