(ĐN)- On September 27, Dong Nai province’s Agent Orange/Dioxin Victims Association cooperated with Department of Education and Training to award “Giving strength to Students” scholarships to students who are victims or children of AO victims in Trang Bom district and Bien Hoa city.
In Trang Bom district, 33 scholarships, worth VND500,000 to VND1 million for each, were presented to the beneficiaries.
In Bien Hoa city, 14 students each received a VND1 million scholarship and 5 others got scholarships worth VND500,000 each.
On this occasion, Dong Nai Books & School Equipment J.S Company gave 15 gifts to AO/dioxin child victims in the two localities. The Viet Quoc Te Company also offered two scholarships valued at VND1 million each to AO child victims with especially difficult circumstances.
