(ĐN)- Recently, Bien Hoa city’s Blind People’s Association has organized a ceremony to award scholarships to its members’ children and poor students.
At the ceremony, the association presented 15 scholarships worth VND 400,000 each to its members’ children who got high academic achievements in the school year 2009-10, 11 others worth VND200,000 each to poor students living in the city.
This is an annual activity held by the association to help its members’ children to overcome difficulties to try their best in their study.
