Also present at the event were representatives of local authorities, agencies and departments in the province.

At the ceremony, Buddhist monks, nuns, followers and delegates prayed for peace and prosperity for the whole nation as well as the souls of fallen combatants.
Executive Committee of the provincial Buddhist Sangha has organized various activities to welcome the 1,000 anniversary of Thang Long-Hanoi, with focus on charity activities for helping poor families and offering scholarships to poor students….
