The department mobilized donations from agencies and organizations to “paying debts of gratitude” fund.
During the first half, the department issued health insurance cards to 13,164 policy beneficiaries and victims of toxic chemicals, provide free school fees to 112 students who are children of revolutionary contributors, etc.
