(ĐN)- On Jan. 23, Dinh Quan district’s Red Cross Association in cooperation with HCM city charity delegation presented 200 Tet gifts to poor people in Phu Vinh and Phu Tan communes. Each gift included 10 kg of rice, instant noodle, sugar, clothes, etc, donated by HCM city’s sponsors.
