(ĐN)- The 2009 National Junior Bodybuilding and Female Body Fitness Championships opened in Dong Nai on August 28, attracting 111 athletes (including 72 men and 39 women) from eleven cities and provinces nationwide.
(ĐN)- The 2009 National Junior Bodybuilding and Female Body Fitness Championships opened in Dong Nai on August 28, attracting 111 athletes (including 72 men and 39 women) from eleven cities and provinces nationwide.
The contestants competed for 17 sets of medals in three events, including the junior men’s bodybuilding, the master men’s bodybuilding and miss fitness.

In the junior men’s bodybuilding event, participants competed in six weight divisions from 55kg to 75kg and over 75kg. For miss fitness, contestants competed according to their height with two divisions – up to 1.6 metres and over 1.6 metres.
Dong Nai’s team had 15 athletes, including eleven men and four women, in all categories.
The tournament closed on Saturday, August 29.
