(ĐN)- On the occasion of the 62nd anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, Dong Nai provincial Red Cross Association held a ceremony to present 80 gifts worth VND270,000 each to poor policy families in Xuan Loc district on July 22.
On this occasion, the association sent delegations to visit and offer 630 gifts to policy beneficiaries in the districts, Long Khanh town, Bien Hoa city and Dong Nai Rubber Company.
The Infantry Officer’s College 2 has raised VND338 million for the Fund for Gratitude, gave gifts to families of war invalids and martyrs, Vietnamese heroic mothers with a total value of approximately VND50 million, upgraded martyrs’ cemetery, built 7 gratitude houses at a cost of VND350 million. The college will continue to mobilize to build ten houses from now until the end of the year.
