Accordingly, the district provided seedlings, fertilizers to 130 ethnic minority households in the communes of Xuan Bac, Xuan Tho, Xuan Phu, Xuan Thanh, Xuan Hung, Lang Minh, Suoi Cat, and help them learn cultivation techniques.
