(ĐN)- The 9th festival to honor outstanding youths in Southeastern region was kicked off at the Youth Culture House in Vung Tau city, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province on April 7. The festival attracted the participation of 150 delegates from seven southeastern provinces of Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Binh Thuan, Ninh Thuan, Tay Ninh, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Lam Dong, HCM City and Dong Nai along with soldiers in Military Zone No. 7. This year the festival will last five days and it will organize a series of activities under the theme of “Returning to the roots” as well as honor outstanding youths in the region.
