(ĐN)- On March 6, Bien Hoa city Blind People’s Association held a meeting to mark its 25th founding anniversary (March 10, 1984). More than 100 members and guests across the province attended the meeting.
During the past 25 years, the Bien Hoa city Blind People’s Association has made many efforts to help its members to overcome difficulties and stabilize life. Accordingly, the association mobilized to build and upgrade 11 houses, provide vocational training, offer loans and create jobs for its members. Presently, the association just only has one poor member household.
