Among recruitment companies, there are a high demand for recruitment in garment and footwear sectors such as Dong Nai Garment Joint Stock Company (600 laborers), Fashion Garment Company (1,850 laborers), TeaKwang Vina Company (3,600 laborers) …However, due to difficulties in production at the present, many companies will only sign one year or seasonal labour contracts with their employees. Dong Nai’s enterprises are expected to recruit around 68,000 people in 2009, however this will depend on the economic situation in the coming time.
