(ĐN)- On December 6, a delegation from Department of Information and Communications in cooperation with Post and Telematics units in Dong Nai and HCM city came to Tan Phu district’s Ta Lai commune and provided free check-ups, medicine to local poor ethnic families. The delegation was led by former Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Tran Thi Minh Hoang and former Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Committee Dang Thi Kim Nguyen. About 420 people received free check-ups and medicine. Besides, the delegation presented 545 gifts to poor households and 14 scholarships to outstanding poor students in the commune. Total cost for the program was more than VND70 million.
