(ĐN)- A Traditional and Cultural Activities Centre for youth officially became operational at an inauguration ceremony held in Tan Phu district’s Nam Cat Tien commune on October 11.

The ceremony saw the attendance of Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee Phan Van Mai, Standing Deputy Secretary of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee Le Hong Phuong, Head of the Mass Mobilisation Department of the provincial Party Committee Bui Ngoc Thanh, Chairwoman of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Thi Kim Lien and Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Committee Huynh Thi Nga.
The Traditional and Cultural Activities Centre is built on an area of 4.6 hectares with a total cost of VND9.3 billion, of which VND6 billion came from the HCM Communist Youth Union Central Committee.
The centre is completed after three years of construction. It will be place for youths in the province and neighbors to join in traditional and cultural activities.
