Le Thi My Nhan, a 4th form pupil at Ma Da Primary School in Vinh Cuu district of Dong Nai province. Her face is very pale, and wears an expression of heart-touching misery. Nhan is skinny and looks smaller than her age but she has intelligent eyes.

Her tearcher Nguyen Thi Khanh Hoa told that Nhan was suffering from inborn heart disease but the family had no money for the heart operation of their daughter. Hoa said that she felt compassion for Nhan when seeing Nhan’s face being as white as a sheet because she walked to school while it was raining.
Nhan got good studying result although living in poor condition. She proved herself to be a hard-studying pupil and a fair pupil in school.
Nhan says she is forced drop out of school after completing primary education because her parents cannot afford payment of school fees.
Hamlet C3, Ma Da village in Vinh Cuu district is a remote area of Dong Nai province where poor families find it difficult to send their children to schools. Life has become very hard there.
Nhan knows that she will have no opportunity to pursue higher education but she says her ambition is to become a doctor. Now, it seems her dream will not come true.
