Red Cross Chapter in cooperation with Cho Ray Regional Blood Transfusion and Haematology Centre held a humanitarian blood donation campaign. About 230 volunteers who are the education sector’s officials, teachers and local people have participated in the campaign. This was the first time that Dinh Quan district has launched blood donation program in 2008.Dinh Quan district was a leading unit in humanitarian blood donation movement during the past years. It is estimated that about 756 volunteers have donated blood in 2007.
