(ĐN)- In the morning of September 7, Dong Nai Centre for Disabled Children held an opening ceremony of the school year 2007-2008. In the new school year, the centre has enrolled 18 new pupils, bringing the total number of pupils up to 172, including 149 deaf children and 23 blind children. The centre would continue to improve education quality, research new teaching methods, provide vocational training for the children and help them integrate into the community.
Established in 1997, the centre has overcome many difficulties and now has spacious material facilities with well-equipped classrooms.
