(ĐN)- Dinh Quan district targets to raise over VND380 million for the fund of “paying debts of gratitude” in 2007 in order to improve living conditions and living standards for policy beneficiaries and revolutionary families. Accordingly, there will fundamentally be no longer poor policy families in Dinh Quan district by the end of 2007. The district also plans to prepare for the 60th anniversary of the Martyrs and Invalids’ Day (July 27). Particularly, a solemn ceremony will be held to honor exemplary revolutionary families, organizations and individuals who have made remarkable contributions to the movement of “paying debts of gratitude”
