Vietnamese student wins second prize in Mathematics Olympic Contest held in Ukraine

(ĐN)- Tran Pham Viet Hoang, a Vietnamese student, has just won the second prize in Mathematics Olympic Contest for students who are studying at universities in Ukraine. He presently is a first-year student from MAUP university in Ukraine that its English name is the Interregional Academy for Personnel Management

(ĐN)- Tran Pham Viet Hoang, a Vietnamese student, has just won the second prize in Mathematics Olympic Contest for students who are studying at universities in Ukraine. He presently is a first-year student from MAUP university in Ukraine that its English name is the Interregional Academy for Personnel Management. Viet Hoang had won two preliminary rounds with highest score before entering the final round of the contest.

Competing in  the final round were 170 students of 65 Ukrainian universities, of which 4 students are Vietnamese but Viet Hoang only won the second prize in the contest.

 

Tran Pham Viet Hoang, former student at Luong The Vinh Senior High School, lives in Tan Mai ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province. After passing the university entrance exam with high score, Tran Pham Viet Hoang has received scholarship offers from Tin Nghia company to study in  Ukraine. After finishing the study abroad program, he will come back and work in Dong Nai province.
