(ĐN)- Implementing the guideline of the Government, all of children under six will enjoy free medical check and treatment at public hospitals and clinics, the Committee for Population, Family and Children at all levels throughout Dong Nai province made list all children under age 6 and issued 136,021 free health care cards for them. Long Khanh is the province’s leading location which has deployed and completed fully the programme totaling 9,049 free health care cards to be granted to those under 6. In addition, about 7,432 cards were also offered to children in Long Thanh district where has 14,000 children under six. The remain areas are implementing the programme and going to give free health care cards to children under six. The 1st stage of the programme is expected to complete at the end of this month. Next, children under six who haven’t yet received free health care cards and newborn babies will be granted later.
