(ĐN)- Dong Nai Martyrs’ Family Support Association (DMFSA) on January 9 held a meeting to review its results in 2019 and outline new tasks for 2020.
In 2019, the association has cooperated with related units, enterprises and sponsors to hand over 5 gratitude houses and present nearly 900 gifts to martyrs’ families.
Moreover, the association also worked with relevant agencies to conduct gene identification testing in 42 cases and gathered the identities of female martyrs who laid down their lives at Tan Hiep Prison.
According to the DMFSA’s President Nguyen Xuan Chien, the association will continue efforts to take care of material and spiritual life for the families of martyrs, help them to collect and verify information on their fallen combatants.
On this occasion, 13 individuals and 3 collectives were awarded certificates of merit for their contributions to the association.
