(ĐN)- The 2018 Vietnam Robot Competition in the southern region will take place in Ho Chi Minh city on April 6.

The contest draws the participation of 21 robot teams from 6 universities and colleges in southern region, including Lac Hong University in Dong Nai province.
The teams will be divided into 6 groups, with 8 best teams will be selected for the final round of the 2017 Vietnam Robot Competition scheduled to be held in Vinh Phuc province in May.
The winner of the contest will represent Vietnam at the 2018 Asian-Pacific Robot Contest (ABU Robocon) which is scheduled for August in Ninh Binh province, Vietnam.
