The two sides have exchanged information on science and technology development strategy in Dong Nai, including the orientations and goals on development of sci-tech through 2020 with a vision to 2030, the effectiveness of sci-tech development programmes for socio-economic development, and challenges to the implementation of sci-tech projects.
