The contest was launched in June by the Viet Nam Association of Photographic Artists and HCMC Photographic Association.
There were more than 1,500 entries by 320 photographers across the country, competing for one first, two second, three third and five consolation prizes.
Bui Viet Dong, a member of Long Khanh town Photographic club, has won the prize for his work “Chuyen giao cong nghe moi” (Transfering new technique).
