Head of Dong Nai Elderly People Association Nguyen Thi Kim Lien affirmed that the elderly people have played an important role in the province’s socio-economic development and the great national unity bloc.
Over the past time, the association and its agencies raised more than VND33 billion to billion to help poor members, take care of the elderly and help them lead a long healthy and happy life.
Addressing the meeting, Vice Chairwoman Huynh Thi Nga of the provincial People’s Council stressed that the provincial Elderly People Association should put forward its solutions to strengthen the staff of the organization.
