On September 15, Tan Phu district held a ceremony to honor and award scholarships totaling VND110 million to 125 local outstanding poor students.
Long Thanh district’s Study Promotion Association awarded 101 scholarships and 10 bikes to local studious poor students.
The total cost of the program was VND107 million, funded by Vedan Vietnam Corp.
Earlier, Dinh Quan district’s People’s Committee organized a ceremony to award 190 scholarships totaling VND160 million to outstanding poor students in the locality
Bien Hoa city’s Study Promotion Association granted 229 scholarships totaling nearly VND100 million to local studious poor students. The money came from the city’s Study Promotion Fund.
