Vice Chairman Tran Van Vinh of the provincial People’s Committee attended the ceremony.
The rubber thread production plant will have an annual capacity of 5,962 tonnes. Its products are supplied for domestic garment industry and exported to other countries.
The new plant is built on an area of 41,500 sq.m with a total investment of around VND637 billion.
It is scheduled to come into operation in 2015.
V.R.G Sado is a joint venture of Dong Nai Rubber Corporation, Saigon Industry Corporation and Ben Thanh Rubber Joint Stock Company.
