Vu Hong Van, Member of Party Central Committee, Secretary of Dong Nai Party Committee, appointed Head of Provincial Delegation of 16th NA Deputies

Continuing the first session of the 16th National Assembly (NA), on the afternoon of April 6, lawmakers  conducted secret ballots to elect  the Vice Chairpersons of the 16th NA and members of its Standing Committee.

They also approved the appointment of the Chairperson of the NA Council for Ethnic Affairs, heads of the NA’s committees, the Auditor General of the State Audit Office of Vietnam for the 2026–2031 term, the NA General Secretary and Chairman of the NA Office. At the same time, the NA Standing Committee approved resolutions on the election of the heads and deputy heads of provincial delegations of 16th NA Deputies.

Accordingly, NA Chairman Tran Thanh Man signed resolutions of the NA Standing Committee approving the election results of heads and deputy heads of the 16th NA deputies’ delegations.

Decisions are presented to heads of the 16th NA deputies’ delegations.

Under Resolution No. 11/NQ-UBTVQH16 dated April 6, 2026, of the NA Standing Committee, Vu Hong Van, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, was approved as Head of the Dong Nai Delegation of the 16th NA Deputies.

At the same time, the election results for two full-time deputy heads of the Dong Nai Delegation of the 16th NA Deputies were also ratified, namely Bui Xuan Thong and Dieu Huynh Sang, both members of the Provincial Party Committee.
