Attending the meeting were Huynh Thi Hang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Thai Bao, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission; Duong Minh Dung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilization; and Ho Van Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee.

At the session, representatives of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism reported on activities related to decoration and communications marking the 50th anniversary of National Reunification (April 30) celebrations and the official announcement ceremony of Dong Nai City. According to the report, the province will organize fireworks displays at 13 sites on April 30, including three high-altitude shows in Tran Bien Ward, Binh Phuoc Ward, and Dai Phuoc Commune. Communes and wards have already developed plans for communications and decoration in celebration of both the national holiday and the establishment of the Dong Nai city.

Regarding decoration, the focus will be on main roads and the venue where the ceremony announcing the establishment of Dong Nai City will be held. Propaganda slogans have been developed and finalized. In addition, the department reported on the preparation of propaganda films, the ceremony program, and the number of invited delegates.

Provincial leaders and representatives from relevant agencies discussed plans for receiving and working with the central government delegation, as well as the compilation of communication materials, which are expected to be issued in early May.

In her concluding remarks at the working session, Ton Ngoc Hanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council, called on all units to develop detailed scripts and prepare specific, focused reports for the upcoming reception and working session with the Central delegation. She also emphasized the need to seek guidance from the Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee on compilation of communication materials, ensure consistency in decoration plans, and thoroughly prepare banner displays at agencies and localities to guarantee coordinated implementation.
