Passing through residential areas across the province these days, one can easily feel the bustling atmosphere leading up to election day. From remote rural areas to crowded urban centers, flags, flowers, banners, and slogans are solemnly displayed, creating a fresh and exciting look for the community.
The proactive efforts of grassroots authorities combined with the enthusiastic spirit of the people are spreading a joyful and eager atmosphere toward the great national festival.
Spreading to every corner of community
In Bu Gia Map commune, election propaganda has been deployed through flexible and community-friendly methods. Nguyen Minh Tung, Vice Chairman of the Commune Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Secretary of the Commune Youth Union, noted that 20 youth union members and young people went to every alley to distribute election propaganda leaflets to each household on March 9. In addition, they also rode motorcycles equipped with mobile loudspeakers to continuously broadcast information about the time, locations of voting, and other details related to election day.

"Mobile propaganda vehicles or distribution of leaflets have been maintained consistently by the commune Youth Union. Consequently, although this is a remote area with over 75% of its population being ethnic minorities, most residents are now fully informed about the election date," Tung shared.
Beyond their propaganda activities, youth union members also actively coordinate with village committees to decorate and arrange polling areas to ensure solemnity. "In the coming days, youth union members will continue to be on duty at polling stations, assisting election teams, especially helping people with disabilities and the elderly exercise their civic rights. We will also continue to promote propaganda to make the election atmosphere more vibrant throughout the commune," Tung added.
The atmosphere leading up to election day is also clearly spreading in purely agricultural rural areas. Tran Cong Tan, Party Cell Secretary and Head of Cam Son hamlet, Cam My commune, shared: Every day from 3-5 p.m, hamlet officials ride motorcycles fitted with loudspeakers along the roads, weaving into every alley to propagate about election day, helping people clearly understand the time, locations, and significance of the event. "Alongside mobile propaganda, the hamlet also hangs flags, banners, and slogans along the roads to create a joyful, bustling atmosphere. Thanks to regular propaganda, people in the hamlet have now clearly understood election day, and everyone is looking forward to casting their votes," Tan shared.
To date, the preparations for election day in the hamlet have been basically completed. The hamlet has already distributed voter cards to over 1,400 voters in the area. During the review process, some cards were found to have errors in names or dates of birth. "The election team coordinated with commune officials to promptly correct the errors to ensure accurate information, creating the most favorable conditions for voters to participate in voting," Tan said.
Thorough preparations for the entire people's festival
Alongside propaganda, preparations for election day have also been urgently completed by residential areas.
In Quarter 2, Trang Dai ward, Phan Van Vuong, Party Cell Secretary and Head of the Quarter, said: The quarter has 2 polling teams with over 5,800 voters, of whom nearly 20% are temporary workers living and working in the province. Due to the large number of voters and temporary workers, the quarter particularly focuses on propaganda and reviewing voter lists to ensure that everyone can exercise their civic rights.
To date, the preparations have been basically completed. From decoration and ceremonial setup at the polling areas to the arrangement of tables and chairs, everything has been done meticulously and neatly. Voter cards have also been distributed to every household by officials of residential groups. Simultaneously, the locality continues to review and update the voter list until close to election day, to ensure that no citizen's voting right is overlooked. "Every day, we are present at the polling area to supervise, and at the same time, guide and answer questions of those who come to inquire about the voter list and candidates. At present, everything is ready, and we are entering election day with the highest sense of responsibility," affirmed Vuong.
These days, walking through the streets in residential areas, one can see flags, flowers, and banners proudly displayed, creating a very festive atmosphere. We have been fully informed about election day as well as the list of candidates. Everyone is looking forward to going to the polls to exercise their rights and duties.

Observations at localities and reports presented during recent inspection tours by provincial leaders show that preparations for election day in Dong Nai province are being carried out seriously, on schedule, and in strict adherence to regulations. Propaganda efforts are being conducted through various forms, from loudspeaker systems, portals, and social media to billboards, banners, leaflets, and community meetings, helping election information spread widely to all segments of the population.
During a recent inspection, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission, Thai Bao, requested localities to continue promoting propaganda using diverse and synchronized methods so that all voters have full access to information about election day. At the same time, it is necessary to continue reviewing and updating the voter list until close to election day, ensuring accuracy and that no voter is missed, thereby safeguarding the voting rights and obligations of the people. The posting of voter lists must be arranged scientifically and conveniently for people to follow; polling stations need to be thoroughly prepared, creating the most favorable conditions for voters to participate in the election. Localities also proactively develop plans to handle arising situations, including adverse weather factors, to ensure that the election takes place safely, in accordance with regulations, and successfully.
From the remote hamlets to the bustling urban streets, the meticulous preparation of the grassroots authorities and the positive response from the people are creating a joyful and bustling atmosphere ahead of the great festival.
