Taking decisive action to bring Party resolutions into life

Entering 2026, a pivotal year for the implementation of the 14th National Party Congress Resolution and the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels, Party committees, authorities and localities across Dong Nai province have demonstrated high determination, focusing on synchronously and drastically implementing the proposed tasks and solutions.

Through that, the province is striving to create clear changes in socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, contributing to building Dong Nai for rapid and sustainable development in the new period.

Creating high consensus in awareness and action

Recently, the Politburo and the Party Central Committee (PCC) Secretariat organized a national conference to study, learn, thoroughly grasp, and implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party. At the conference, delegates listened to 10 key topics, clarifying the core contents, new points, and major orientations in the documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Guided by that spirit, the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee quickly directed the organization of widespread study and thorough grasping throughout the entire Party Organization; requiring cadres and Party members to firmly grasp the key contents, especially the tasks and solutions associated with the practical situation of localities and units. On that basis, Party committees and authorities in the province developed specific and practical action programs and plans, ensuring the synchronous and effective implementation of the resolution, creating high consensus in awareness and action, determined to bring the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party into life.

Comrade Ha Anh Dung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee of the province, stated: From the success of the 14th National Congress, a content deeply emphasized in the documents is the central role and position of the people. In that spirit, VFF will continue to promote the strength of national great unity, awaken and effectively organize internal resources among the people, so that each citizen truly becomes the subject in the process of building, developing the homeland and the country.

In the field of legislation and supervision, Bui Xuan Thong, Provincial Party Committee member, full-time Deputy Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly (NA) deputies shared: The activity program for the next term, especially in 2026, will closely follow the key tasks and breakthrough stages of the Resolution of the 14th National Congress. The Provincial Delegation of NA deputies will actively participate in building and perfecting legal institutions in the spirit of proactiveness, development-oriented creation; strengthen supervision of policy and law enforcement; promptly detect and propose solutions to inadequacies and overlaps. At the same time, the delegation will closely accompany the province in synthesizing and proposing to perfect institutions at the macro level, not only solving difficulties for Dong Nai but also contributing to solving common problems of the whole country.

Contributing to realizing the aspiration to rise

For the young generation, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the VFF Committee of the province, Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union Nguyen Minh Kien affirmed: The pioneering and creative role of youth union members and young people in spreading the spirit of the 14th National Congress of the Party. Dong Nai youth will proactively adapt to new development requirements, actively engage in innovation and digital transformation, contributing to realizing the province’s and the nation’s aspiration to rise.

That spirit was also clearly concretized right from the commune and ward level. Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nhon Trach commune Lu Thanh Nam said: To successfully achieve the set goals, the locality focuses on synchronously implementing tasks in various fields such as consolidating the organizational apparatus; economic - infrastructure development; improving the quality of culture - society; promoting administrative and judicial reform; maintaining national defense and security. In 2026, the commune has identified 25 key targets in various fields and is determined to complete the objectives according to the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, contributing to the successful implementation of the general goals of Dong Nai province and the entire country.

At the National Conference to research, study, grasp, and implement the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress, Party General Secretary To Lam emphasized: The reality of 80 years of national construction and development, especially 40 years of renewal, shows that all achievements stem from correct policies and decisive, synchronized, and effective organization of implementation. The current bottleneck is not in the policy but in the ability to translate the policy into reality. Therefore, the requirement is to strongly shift from "words" to "actions", from awareness to action; each Party committee, Party organization, each cadre, Party member, especially the head, must uphold responsibility and set an example in transforming policy decisions into concrete results.

Sharing at a live television talk show with the theme "The 14th Party Congress - Congress of the Era of Resurgence” organized by Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television, Dr. Vu Thi Nghia, Vice Principal of Dong Nai Provincial Political School, stated: The new era of development is not just about faster growth but about rapid, comprehensive, and sustainable development; placing people at the center, both as the subject and the driving force of development. To realize that goal, Dong Nai needs to continue building and rectifying Party and political system to make them transparent and strong; improve the effectiveness and efficiency of governance and administration; promote administrative reform and digital transformation; build a government that serves the people and businesses. At the same time, it is important to focus on arousing the aspiration to contribute, the spirit of innovation, and the will for self-reliance and self-improvement of the entire society, creating a solid foundation to bring the resolution into practice.

From the central to local levels, from policies to actions, all aim to bring the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress into reality through specific, practical, and effective actions, thereby, contributing to building Dong Nai province to develop rapidly and sustainably, meeting the expectations of the people in the new period.
