Among them, 4,599 citizens received the enlistment orders directly, accounting for over 99.7% of the total number of orders delivered; the remaining orders were received by family members on behalf of the recruits. For citizens selected for service in the People’s Public Security forces, 100% received their orders in person.

Accordingly, localities throughout the province have completed their presentation of enlistment orders to more than 5,500 citizens (including reserve cases) called up for military service in 2026. Of these, over 87% voluntarily submitted applications for military service.

During the ceremonies on presenting the enlistment orders, many localities across the province presented gifts and encouraged young citizens to be confident and ready to fulfill their duty to defend the Fatherland. Chairpersons of local military service councils commended and recognized the commitment of volunteers and urged recruits to maintain good health and ensure safety during the Lunar New Year of the Horse in preparation for enlistment in the coming spring.

At the same time, members of local military service councils were assigned to strengthen support policies for military families, including visits, encouragement, and gift-giving activities for young recruits, particularly those facing difficult circumstances, to help them feel secure as they prepare to set off for military service.
