On the afternoon of February 5, on the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 -2026) and in celebration of the Lunar New Year (Tet) of the Horse 2026, a working delegation from the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province, led by Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Tan Duc, visited, extended Tet greetings, and presented gifts to typical policy beneficiary families and people with meritorious services to the revolution in Long Binh and Tan Trieu wards.

In the joyful atmosphere celebrating the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and welcoming the traditional Tet, the delegation visited and extended Tet greetings to Hero of the People's Armed Forces Nguyen Thi Bang (born 1947 in Ha Tinh province, currently residing in Quarter 34, Long Binh ward). Nguyen Thi Bang was awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces in 1970, at the age of 24, for her courageous achievements in combat, shooting down enemy aircraft.

Subsequently, the delegation visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Ho Thi Vang (born 1936 in Phu Trach quarter, Tan Trieu ward). Vietnamese Heroic Mother Ho Thi Vang is the wife of martyr Nguyen Van Day and has a son who is also a martyr, Nguyen Van Day. Mother Ho Thi Vang was recognized as a Vietnamese Heroic Mother in 2014.
Visiting the policy families, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Tan Duc cordially inquired about the health and lives of Hero of the People's Armed Forces Nguyen Thi Bang and Vietnamese Heroic Mother Ho Thi Vang. He expressed deep gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of policy beneficiary families and people with meritorious services to the cause of national liberation, construction, and defense.
