Party organizations accompany enterprises in their development

Dong Nai is currently home to around 70,000 businesses, the majority of which are non-state enterprises.

Under the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, its subordinate party bodies, and the provincial government and political system, the enterprises in the province are not only provided with favorable conditions for effective and lawful production and business operations, but are also supported in establishing Party organizations, mass organizations, as well as in developing Union members, association members and Party members within their enterprises, so as to accompany the growth of their enterprises.

PROVINCIAL EFFORTS

At the conference held on December 2 to review Party and mass-organization development in 2025, Steering Committee 07 of the Provincial Party Committee on building Party organizations and mass organizations in private enterprises and foreign-invested firms, reported that: in recent years, its member agencies and units have deployed a variety of approaches to strengthen outreach, mobilization, and the establishment of Party and mass organizations in non-state enterprises.

Le Thi Thai, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Head of the Provincial Party’s Committee’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission noted that: to help business owners and workers fully understand the significance of establishing Party organizations and developing Party membership in enterprises, the Provincial Party’s Committee’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission joined hands to produce a Party cell bulletin specifically for Party cells operating in non-state enterprises.

In 2025, the Provincial Party’s Committee’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission has also coordinated efforts to edit 45,000 communication materials – translated into English, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese – on the development and establishment of Party organizations and socio-political organizations. These materials have been provided to foreign investors and business owners to support outreach efforts, helping both employers and workers gain an accurate understanding of the role and importance of Party and socio-political organizations within enterprises.

Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television has consistently featured news and reports highlighting effective models and best practices of Party organizations and mass organizations within enterprises, helping to broaden their impact.

For other agencies and units, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission has uploaded the monthly Party Cell Activity Bulletin – designed for Party cells in private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises in Dong Nai – to the Electronic Party Member Handbook, enabling Party cells within enterprises to use it as monthly activity material. In addition, the Commission has promptly advised and submitted recommendations to the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee to ensure effective leadership and direction in establishing and developing Party organizations, Party membership, and socio-political organizations in non-state enterprises, in line with the targets set.

The Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee has directed the Provincial People’s Committee to strengthen its guidance to levels and agencies in organizing meetings and dialogues with enterprises and investors. These engagements help identify business needs, challenges, and bottlenecks, enabling timely resolution and the formulation of measures to refine regulations, mechanisms, policies, and implementation procedures, thereby helping create more favorable conditions for enterprises’ production and business activities

Thanks to these efforts, the Dong Nai Provincial Party Organization now has 351 Party organizations operating within non-state enterprises, with a total of 4,705 Party members.

EFFORTS BY PARTY ORGANIZATIONS

Vo Van Thu, Secretary of the Party Cell at Hyosung Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Dong Nai, stated that: the Party cell was established in 2019. Since its establishment, it has played a key role as the political nucleus of the company, promptly concretizing the Party cell’s programs, plans, and resolutions into actions tailored to the enterprise’s actual circumstances.

In recent years, the Party cell at Hyosung Vietnam Co., Ltd. has guided mass organizations in advising the Board of Directors on implementing programs to support employees’ welfare and fulfill the company’s social responsibilities. Specifically, since 2011, the company has collaborated with Korea Food for the Hungry International (South Korea) to carry out the Smile for the Diaspora program, providing free medical examinations and medicines to primary school students and disadvantaged residents in the local area. Each year, the company also donates computers to several schools in the former Nhon Trach District of Dong Nai province. In addition, Hyosung implements the Hyosung Hope House program, coordinating with local organizations to build homes for families facing extreme hardship, reflecting the company’s spirit of mutual support and solidarity.

Speaking to the working delegation led by Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Thai Bao during their visit to congratulate Hyosung Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Dong Nai on Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day, October 13, 2025, Bae In Han, the company’s General Director, stated that: the company’s Party organizations and mass organizations have always accompanied the enterprise in its development. The company will continue to make every effort, as it did in the past, not only to become a prominent foreign-invested enterprise representing Dong Nai province, but also to remain a well-loved company in Vietnam and grow strongly together with the country.

The development of Party organizations and mass organizations within non-state enterprises is a key political task of Party-building efforts. Every Party member in an enterprise is expected to lead by example in work performance, compliance with the company regulations, and active participation in emulation movements, helping to highlight the role of Party organizations and members in enterprises and contributing significantly to the local socio-economic development.

Dao Van Viet, Party Cell Secretary and General Director of VPIC Viet Phat Mechanical Tools and Healthcare Equipment Co., Ltd., located in Ho Nai ward, shared that: in his dual role, he strives to set an example, stay approachable, and engage with everyone. He consistently promotes patriotism, national pride, and individual responsibility toward oneself, family, and society through monthly company-wide meetings. Beyond discussing business objectives, he often incorporates current national and international events to help employees understand the Party’s leadership role and build trust in the Party, thereby inspiring dedication in their work and fostering a desire among employees to join the Party.

With the positive significance of establishing Party organizations and mass organizations within enterprises, and in accordance with directives from the Central Party, the Action Program implementing the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term states that: during this term, the province will continue to carry out effective development of Party organizations and socio-political organizations within non-state enterprises.

Nguyen Minh Binh, Secretary of the Party Committee of Chon Thanh ward and member of Steering Committee 07 of the Provincial Party Committee, highlighted that: to sustain effective development of Party organizations and mass organizations in enterprises, it is essential to clearly communicate to business owners that establishing Party organizations is intended solely to enhance production and business efficiency, serving as an added value rather than a burden. When conducting political theory training for prospective and new Party members within the enterprises, flexible learning methods should be adopted to accommodate the workers’ schedules. Each year, Party committees and government promptly recognize, commend, and support the enterprises that provide favorable conditions for Party organizations and mass organizations to operate effectively, thereby inspiring other enterprises to follow suit. The Party organizations themselves must cultivate a professional image and operate in accordance with the principle: “The Party accompanies enterprises toward sustainable development.”
