The Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 tenure concluded successfully, ushering in a new phase of development with important directions for the province. The success stems not only from the result of the collective wisdom, courage and responsibility of the entire Party organization, the political system and the people, but also from the quiet contributions of the press.
With a high sense of responsibility, responsiveness and professional dedication, media agencies, especially Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television (DNNRTV), promptly conveyed information, captured the vibrant atmosphere of the Congress, and brought the breath of this significant political event closer to the people, generating broad resonance across society.
A bridge connecting Party’s will with people’s aspiration
During the two days of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, for the 2025–2030 tenure, DNNRTV together with many central and local press agencies stationed in the province, made every effort to deliver fast and accurate news to the public. Journalists arrived early, closely following each agenda item and discussion session until the closing, promptly reflecting the dynamic atmosphere, the spirit of solidarity, and the key decisions adopted at the congress.
Journalist Phuong Hang, reporter of the Print Newspaper Department of DNNRTV, shared: “I have participated in several Provincial Party Congresses. Each time is a great honor for me, helping me grow in the profession, accumulate knowledge and experience. Through that, I can effectively convey the Congress documents and resolutions in a way that is practical and consistent with the Party’s guidelines and policies.”

According to journalist Phuong Hang, the 2025–2030 Provincial Party Congress carried special significance as Dong Nai province was newly established through the merger of the former Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc provinces. This major political event required the press to reflect the spirit of renewal while spreading the aspiration for strong development among the people. Notably, the Congress applied information technology and artificial intelligence, effectively supporting communication efforts, enabling reporters and delegates to quickly access diverse data sources, and enhancing the effectiveness of information dissemination.
In the press room adjacent to the Congress hall, the working atmosphere was bustling. The constant clatter of keyboards mixed with the exchanges of reporters’ teams. Some reporters, just leaving a discussion session, rushed back to their desks to write, edit and cut interviews to send to the newsroom, ensuring they were broadcast timely in the morning, noon and evening bulletins. Others sat for hours, carefully polishing every word and detail to produce more impactful stories.
Journalist Ha Trang, reporter of the News Department of DNNRTV, said: “The most challenging aspect of covering the Congress is ensuring that information is timely, accurate and objective. People expect quick updates, but the information must be verified and fully reflect the Congress spirit, avoiding distortion. This requires journalists to always exert extra effort.”
Among the hundreds of delegates, the lens of journalist Huy Anh, from the Electronic News and Digital Content Department of DNNRTV, was patiently following every moment. This was his third time covering the Provincial Party Congress and he was one of only two photojournalists assigned to shoot inside the hall – a highly regarded privilege. His photos not only captured images of the Congress but also vividly portrayed the spirit of solidarity and the aspiration for renewal of the entire Party Organization and the people.
“Photographing at the Congress has its own pressures, you must capture key moments while finding the best angles, even as live broadcasts run simultaneously. Equipment, backup batteries and devices must be meticulously prepared to avoid missing any image. Through each photo, readers can feel the pulse of the event, the trust and determination to accompany the province on its new development journey,” said Huy Anh.
Spreading trust and success of the Congress
Beyond news reporting, the officials, reporters and editors of DNNRTV also introduced creative formats such as feature reports, televised roundtables, infographics, short videos, and quick audio updates on online newspaper, radio and television broadcasts. All of these served as lively “bridges” spreading the Congress spirit. Many interviews and features recorded directly at the Congress quickly reached audiences, generating broad interest and consensus across society.

Carrying out the live broadcast of key sessions, Director Le Minh Vuong of the Technical and Program Production Department said: “The team responsible for live coverage, including technical staff, cameramen, directors and transmission crews, worked in full unity and close coordination, thoroughly preparing both equipment and mindset. We invested in studying technology and applied new methods to ensure the best possible image quality, sound and transmission signals for the Congress.”
“We are truly happy and proud to contribute to the overall success of the Congress. This was also an opportunity for our broadcasting team to learn, gain experience, and apply advances in television technology to deliver the best transmission quality, serving audiences inside and outside the province,” Minh Vuong said.
Nguyen Quoc Hoan, a war veteran in Tan Trieu ward, shared: “Following the first Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, for the 2025-2030 tenure on DNNRTV allowed us to quickly and comprehensively grasp the information and the province’s major decisions. This is a practical information channel that strengthens public trust and encourages people to accompany local development.”
The first Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, for the 2025-2030 tenure, is a special event. It’s because following the merger, the new Dong Nai province had a larger scale, more Party members, and a wider scope of activities. All of this gave journalists covering the Congress unique emotions, motivating them to work tirelessly to fulfill their assignments.

The Congress’s success also set new demands for journalism and communication works. In the context of integration, digital transformation and the strong application of technology, DNNRTV in particular, and the national press in general, continue to innovate, enhance professionalism, diversify formats, and meet the people’s growing need for information. Especially, Dong Nai journalists, with their spirit, responsibility and passion, will continue to “keep the flame” of the profession, strengthening their role as the “bridge” between the Party’s will and the people’s aspiration, contributing to bringing the congress resolutions into life and driving the province’s strong development in the new phase.
