Promoting the spirit of solidarity and emulation in building clean and strong Party organizations

As part of the program of the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, 2025-2030 tenure, on the morning of September 29, delegates worked in groups to deliberate on the documents. Discussion Group No.1 focused on the topic of building the Party and the political system.

During the discussion session, delegates proposed that solutions are needed to accurately assess the quality of Party organizations and Party members; to avoid the situation where a high percentage of organizations and members are rated as clean and strong or as completing their tasks well, while the number of Party members disciplined each year remains significant.

Party committees at all levels should concretize into their action programs the goal of minimizing the proportion of violating members subject to disciplinary action. Each year, Party committees need to analyze, evaluate, and screen Party members, identifying which areas are prone to recurring violations in order to develop specific corrective measures.

In activities of Party committees and Party cells, the principle of self-criticism and criticism must be emphasized; inspection and supervision of members should be strengthened to promptly correct shortcomings and weaknesses, preventing minor violations from becoming serious.

The press should coordinate with agencies, units, and localities in the province to promote role models, while also covering the fight against corruption and negative practices, thereby spreading good examples and fostering a stronger sense of responsibility towards work.

At the same time, delegates also proposed that the province pay attention to allowance policies for grassroots associations and mass organizations in villages.

Speaking at the discussion session, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Dong Nai NA Delegation Vu Hong Van emphasized: To fulfill the goals and tasks of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 tenure, it is first necessary to ensure strong unity within the Party, as unity is the truth of all times.

Members of Party committees must take the lead and set examples in maintaining solidarity; issues that are still unclear should be openly discussed, and once consensus is reached, they must be decisively implemented. It is necessary to avoid the situation of much talk but little action. Cadres and Party members must bear responsibility towards the era, towards the future of the homeland and the country; shortcomings must be clearly identified for lessons to be learned, so that work is done better in the future.

The entire Dong Nai Provincial Party Organization must strive to build a clean and strong Party organization; fully aware that irresponsible work and violations leading to discipline mean losing the pioneering and exemplary role, moral values, and damaging the reputation of the organization and family. Each delegate attending the Congress must propose solutions for Dong Nai to achieve double-digit growth. Attention should be paid to developing all economic sectors, including the private economy.
