Preparations for the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee must be thorough, thoughtful, and absolutely safe

On the morning of September 20, an extraordinary meeting of the Executive Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee took place to consider matters within its authority. After a focused and serious working session, the meeting completed all scheduled agenda items.

In his remarks, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Dong Nai National Assembly Delegation Vu Hong Van emphasized that the contents discussed at the meeting highly appreciated the careful and high-quality drafting of documents for the 1st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term. These drafts reflect Dong Nai’s aspiration to rise in the new era - the era of the national rise - and provide additional inputs to make the political report of the Provincial Party Congress more profound.

The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee stressed: the goals, tasks, and solutions set forth in the congress documents and contributions to these documents are all aimed at achieving double-digit growth for Dong Nai during the 2025–2030 term, annual state budget revenue of over 100 trillion VND, and an average per capita income of more than 120 million per year VND.

Therefore, he requested that in the province’s development process, attention must be given to creating favorable conditions for all economic sectors, with the private sector identified as the most important driving force of the economy. In resolving issues, agencies, units, and localities must put themselves in the position of the people and businesses to achieve the best outcomes, while also calling on the people and businesses to share difficulties and obstacles with state agencies.

In the coming years, Dong Nai needs to focus on investing in its transport infrastructure to drive development. Good planning must be carried out to promote economic growth, ensure balanced development between regions, and leverage land resources to increase production and real estate value. The province must pay close attention to attracting both domestic and foreign investment, carefully selecting the best investors, and quickly resolving procedures related to site introductions for investors.

The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee stated that the Provincial Party Committee and its Standing Committee welcome localities in the province that proactively propose policies and viewpoints to attract investment to their areas. If localities do not boldly propose development solutions for themselves, they will lose development opportunities.

Regarding the target of state budget revenue exceeding VND 100 trillion in 2025 and beyond, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee stressed that this is a critical task that must be achieved, as new revenue creates the resources necessary for development.

With regard to preparations for organizing the Provincial Party Congress, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee noted that this is a major political event for the provincial Party organization and the people. The congress must strongly affirm the spirit of unity within the Party. Each member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and subordinate Party committees must set an example of solidarity, as unity is strength and the key to success - implementing the guiding principle of General Secretary To Lam: “Solidarity – the truth of all times.” All actions must demonstrate consensus from top to bottom, across all levels. The issues, already outlined in the resolution of the Provincial Party Congress after thorough discussion and consensus, must be implemented. Departments and sectors must focus on addressing bottlenecks to promote provincial development, and issues beyond their authority must be reported to higher levels for guidance.

Presentations at the Provincial Party Congress must be clear and propose solutions to successfully implement the congress resolution for the new term.

Preparations for the congress must be meticulous in every detail, thoughtful, and absolutely safe, demonstrating the wisdom and unity of the entire Party organization, political system, and people of the province.

Responding to the directive remarks of the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairwoman of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Council Ton Ngoc Hanh requested agencies, units, and localities to continue carefully preparing conditions to ensure the best organization of the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term. Agencies, units, and localities should launch emulation movements, projects, and initiatives and organize diverse and lively activities to celebrate the congress. Delegates attending the congress should study the materials in advance to prepare their discussion inputs, thereby contributing solutions to successfully implement the resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term.
