On September 6, the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union reported that during a 60-day peak campaign, provincial youth volunteer teams worked in coordination with officials and civil servants at commune- and ward-level public administrative service centers to guide and support residents and businesses in accessing and using online public services. Volunteers also provided instructions on how to navigate and utilize digital transformation applications developed by the province and localities. Additionally, they helped coordinate operations, address inquiries, and assist with issues arising during the processing of administrative procedures at local public administrative service centers.

In addition, the Commune and Ward Youth Union also organizes teams to go directly to households and residential areas to support the installation and use of digital applications, such as VNeID and the National Public Service Portal, helping people access and form the habit of using digital technology, contributing to the formation of digital citizens, digital society, and digital government.

Along with volunteer teams at communes and wards, the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Student Association have directed the Youth Unions of universities and colleges to arrange forces from the Green Summer volunteer team to support the public administration service center in the stationed area. At the same time, two provincial Green Summer volunteer teams were launched to support the operation of two-level local governments in Loc Thanh and Dak Nhau communes.

In addition, the Provincial Youth Union has directed the establishment of volunteer teams to support the issuance and renewal of Party membership cards at the local level, which do not overlap with the volunteer teams supporting the operation of the 2-level local government. These teams have coordinated with Party committees, Party cells, and Party advisory agencies at the grassroots level to provide guidance, support data entry, check, compare, and update Party member data on the software system according to regulations...

During the implementation process, in addition to visiting and encouraging the youth volunteer teams, the Provincial Youth Union directed advisory teams to carry out inspections and on-site supervision in 18 wards and communes, as well as remote monitoring. Based on these efforts, timely guidance was provided to address difficulties and obstacles, contributing to the effective support of two-level local government operations across localities.
