On the morning of September 2, Binh Phuoc Ward held a tree planting campaign to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day.
Attending the ceremony were Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang, Deputy Head of Department VII of the Party Central Committee’s Inspection Commission; Huynh Thi Hang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai; Ha Anh Dung, Member of the Provincial Standing Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai; Giang Thi Phuong Hanh, Member of the Provincial Standing Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People’s Council of Binh Phuoc Ward; Nguyen Thi Hoang, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairwoman of the Dong Nai People’s Committee, along with leaders of provincial departments and sectors.

Nguyen Hong Khang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Committee of Binh Phuoc Ward, said: “Amid rising challenges from climate change, natural disasters and environmental pollution, expanding green coverage is not only an urgent task but also a long-term strategic orientation to ensure sustainable development. In recent years, Binh Phuoc Ward has always paid attention to environmental protection and green space development, in line with the goal of building a modern and civilized urban area.”
This year’s tree planting campaign is integrated with the second phase of Suoi Cam Lake tourismproject. It not only protects the environment and responds to climate change but also creates a green landscape for tourism and service development, contributing to implementing the goal of sustainable socio-economic growth.

During the ceremony, hundreds of golden trumpet trees are planted at the second-phase area of Suoi Cam Park and along planned road routes, promising to become a scenic highlight of Binh Phuoc Ward.
