Bao Vinh Ward determined to build a sustainable agricultural urban area

After a working day in an urgent and serious spirit, the first Party Congress of Bao Vinh Ward for the 2025-2030 term successfully concluded on the afternoon of August 12. Attending and directing the congress was Dang Minh Nguyet, Member of the Provincial Standing Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairwoman of Long Khanh Ward People’s Council.

Also attending were provincial Party Committee members, including Le Thi Thanh Loan, Vice Chairwoman of Dong Nai Fatherland Front Committee and Chairwoman of the Dong Nai provincial Women’s Union; Nguyen Tuan Anh, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; along with 150 official delegates representing more than 660 members of the Bao Vinh Ward Party Committee.

In her directive address, Dang Minh Nguyet, Member of the Provincial Standing Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of Long Khanh Ward People’s Council, emphasized that the establishment of Bao Vinh Ward, based on the merger of Bao Vinh Ward and Bao Quang Commune, marks a particularly important milestone. It reflects the strategic vision of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee in promoting reform, streamlining the administrative apparatus toward effectiveness and efficiency, and meeting the country’s development requirements in the new period.

The Provincial Standing Party Committee member Dang Minh Nguyet requested that in the coming period, the Bao Vinh Ward Party Committee focus on building a clean and strong Party and political system; enhancing the role and responsibility of the Party Committee and its leaders; and improving the pioneering and exemplary spirit of cadres and Party members. It is essential to build a contingent of capable, virtuous, dynamic, and creative officials who can meet the demands of the current situation.

Furthermore, she urged stronger inspection and supervision to decisively push back degradation in political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle among some cadres and Party members; intensify the fight against corruption, wastefulness, and negative practices; and strengthen unity and consensus within the Party, as well as close coordination between the Party Committee, local authorities, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations, particularly with the companionship and support of local people.

The ward should implement tasks in a synchronous manner, in which socio-economic development remains the central focus, Party building the key, cultural development the spiritual foundation, and national defense and security the critical pillar. Economic restructuring and growth should be accelerated, with a focus on attracting investment into local projects and mobilizing resources to drive development. Bao Vinh should capitalize on its potential and steadily realize the goal of becoming a sustainable agricultural urban ward with a distinct identity.

In her closing remarks, Nguyen Bich Thuy - Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People’s Council of Bao Vinh Ward stated that the congress had unanimously adopted the resolution for the 2025-2030 term. This resolution embodies collective wisdom and the strength of unity and high consensus throughout the Party Committee, under the close guidance of the Provincial Party Standing Committee. It also reflects the strong political determination of the Party, the entire political system, and the people of Bao Vinh Ward in the coming development phase, guided by the motto: “Solidarity – Democracy – Discipline – Innovation – Development.”

The congress called on all cadres, Party members, and civil servants in the political system, armed forces, and all social strata in the ward to continue promoting traditions of solidarity, self-reliance, and resilience. Alongside the newly elected Party Executive Committee, they are urged to overcome difficulties, seize the support and attention of the province, effectively leverage resources, and strive to successfully achieve the objectives and tasks set out in the congress resolution.
