Leaders from Military Zone 7, provincial and districts’ leaders as well as a large number of people gave presents and encouragement to youths doing the national service at the localities.
Notably, 14 percent of them are graduates of universities, colleges or vocational schools, while 97 of them are members of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
