The delegation included Secretary Nguyen Phu Cuong and Standing Deputy Secretary Ho Thanh Son of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman Cao Tien Dung of People’s Committee, former leaders and representatives from departments, agencies and armed forces.
The delegation also paid tribute to national heroes and fallen soldiers at the Monument in the cemetery.

They observed one minute of silence in memory of Vietnamese heroic mothers, war heroes and martyrs who laid down their lives for national independence.

At the same day, a solemn ceremony was also held at the provincial Conference Centre with the attendance of the province’s former and current leaders, Vietnamese heroic mothers, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, etc.
