The leaders included Secretary Nguyen Phu Cuong and Deputy Secretaries Tran Van Tu and Phan Thi My Thanh of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of People’s Committee, Chairman Huynh Van Toi of Fatherland Front Committee, among others.
At the cemetery, the leaders laid wreaths and burnt incense to commemorate of revolutionary soldiers who laid down their lives for national independence.
