(ĐN) - A delegation led by Secretary Le Van Danh of Bien Hoa city’s Party Committee is paying a working visit to Pakse district, Champasak province in Laos from Sept 14-18.
The event aims to promote traditional friendship and cooperation between the two sides.
Secretary Le Van Danh said he supports the expansion of bilateral ties and stressed that the two sides should exchange visits to promote mutual understanding.
Secretary Soulivanh Savathasine of Pakse district’s Party Committee expressed his pleasure at the development in relations between the two sides and hoped that Bien Hoa and Pakse will seek opportunities for bilateral cooperation in health and education, urban management and environment.
On this occasion, Bien Hoa city donated nearly VND2 billion to help poor students in Pakse district.
