Last school year, the university accomplished its education and training missions and other assigned tasks. In the new academic year, it plans to improve education and training quality, and strengthen its capacity for lecturers and management officers.
Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant-General Tu Ngoc Luong, Rector of the university, recommended staff to continue efforts to fulfill its duties, encouraging new students to be active in studying and training from the beginning of the school year.
