(ĐN)- Chairman Tran Van Tu of Dong Nai provincial Election Committee (PEC) visited Nhon Trach district on May 17 to inspect the locality’s preparatory work for the upcoming general election slated for May 22.
Speaking at the meeting with the district electoral committee, Mr. Tran Van Tu praised the locality’s effort to hold the election in accordance with the law and set schedule.
He asked the district to continue with preparations for the election day while increasing public communications campaigns and enhancing measures to ensure security and order.
He also stressed that further efforts should be made to create the best optimal conditions for locals to go to the poll and exercise their legitimate rights.
