The leaders included Chairman Tran Van Tu of the provincial People’s Council, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of People’s Committee, and Deputy Secretary Phan Thi My Thanh of Party Committee.
On this occasion, delegations from local departments and agencies, armed forces also paid tribute to the heroic martyrs.
