The Deputy Minister highly praised Dong Nai province’s socio-economic, culture, security and defence achievements over the past time He also suggested the provincial Military Headquarters to grasp thoroughly the Resolution 28 on the strategy on national protection in the new context as well as other resolutions made by the Patry congresses at all levels.
Lieutenant General Le Chiem also reminded the military headquarters to boost the movement of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples. For army units, he asked them to focus on improving the quality of training and combat readiness to accomplish the mission of national construction and protection.
