The Congress elected 52 members to the Executive Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term; elected 18 delegates to attend the 12th National Party Congress. The Congress adopted the resolutions of the 10th Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2015-2020 term.

The Executive Committee has organized the first meeting to elect the Provincial Standing Party Board, including 14 members. Nguyen Phu Cuong, alternate member of the 11thParty Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee was elected as Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Tran Van Tu, Mr. Dinh Quoc Thai and Ms. Phan Thi My Thanh continue being elected as Deputy Secretaries of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee.
The conference also elected eight members to the provincial Party Executive Committee Commission on Inspection and Mr. Huynh Van Hong, Secretary of the provincial agencies block Party Committee,was elected as Chairman of the Commission on Inspection.

Dong Nai province focuses on implementing four key tasks: promoting the development of economy, science and technology together with environmental protection and social security; strengthening the Party building work, public relations and administration building; comprehensive investment into the development of cultural and human resourses; strengthening national defense and security, ensuring social order and safety.
It also sets a target of increasing the total national income with a growth rate of 8-9%/year; including industry-construction increasing from 8-9%/year, service by 12-13%/year, agro-forestry and fishery increasing from 3-4%/year. Per-capita income reaches from USD5,300-5,800 by 2020./.
