Youth union members in business bloc actively study and follow Uncle Ho’s moral examples

(ĐN)- The Youth Union of the business bloc of Dong Nai province recently held a conference to review the five-year implementation of the campaign “The Dong Nai Youth Study and Follow Uncle Ho’s Teachings”.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the business bloc party committee Huynh Van To presents certificates of merit to exemplary youth in the campaign “The Dong Nai Youth Study and Follow Uncle Ho’s Teachings”.

By the end of October 2011, 67 youth unions were established in the business bloc with nearly 7,500 members. Over the past five years, diverse activities have been launched in grass-root youth unions in response to this campaign such as organised round-table discussions, singing and dancing performances and story-telling about the implementation of Ho Chi Minh’s testament. During the past five years, positive changes were created in the actions and consciousness among youth union members in the business bloc. Grass-root youth unions have carried out over 700 youth works valued at more than VND 3 billion which brought great benefits to enterprises.

 

At the ceremony, the youth union’s executive committee of the business bloc awarded certificates of merit to 25 units and 57 inviduals for their outstanding achievements in the campaign “The Dong Nai Youth Study and Follow Uncle Ho’s Teachings”.
